THEN PROCEED IMMEDIATELY TO REQUEST YOUR VISA AT THE IRAQI EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY.

A careful evaluation of security conditions will need to be done in early September before ISF organizers can approve the arrival of the international delegation, and the number of participants may need to be reduced. Priority will be given to people who participate on behalf of an organization. You will have time to take your final decision on participation later but please notice that THE VISA APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO THE IRAQI EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY. LOGISTIC INFORMATION will be sent later to registered participants, anyway please consider that the price for accommodation and food in Baghdad for one day, in a 3-star hotel located in a relatively safe area of the city (not in the Green Zone), will be about 100-120 USD per person in single room. Check with airline companies flight rates from your country.
